  • 1 ½ Cups of Oats
  • 1 Can of Pumpkin Puree (15oz. Can) or 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice or Cinnamon
  • ½ cup of Sugar


What you’ll need:

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • ½ Cup Measuring Cup
  • 1 tbsp Measuring Cup
  • Spoon
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper


*add more oats if batter seems wet

*don’t add sugar if using bananas

*don’t use the spice if pumpkin puree is already flavored

*Add whatever extras you want (Chocolate chips, raisins, berries, etc.)


  1. Preheat Oven to 350° 
  2. Add oats, pumpkin, sugar, and spice into the large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until ingredients are fully combined
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  5. Use spoon to put walnut sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until firm
  7. Let rest on cooling rack until fully cool
  8. Store in ziplock bags in fridge as a quick, easy, grab-n-go breakfast
